We are currently seeking a Test Engineering Manager who will lead and oversee a team of Test Engineers responsible for the development, improvement and maintenance of equipment used to test the functionality of environmental control systems for the aerospace industry.
This position requires the ability to stay involved in the day to day details involving Thermal Test Equipment for both production OEM, MRO, and Engineering sales sides of the business. The selected individual must be able to make decisions on the fly by determining what the priorities are to meet the overall needs of the business. In addition, the selected individual must be able to actively report to upper level management to communicate status. This is a position comes with a considerable amount of 1-on-1, and team interaction, so the ability to interface with associates at all levels of the organization is a must.
