The incumbent will partner with the all stake-holders and subject matter experts to drive Operational Excellence and create a sustainable Continuous Improvement culture across the organization. The purpose of this role is to champion operational excellence by leading the transformation events, training events, and culture change of the Operations using lean and six sigma techniques. In this role, you will lead process improvements that meet business needs, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term strategic and operational planning, and contribute to the overall performance of the business.
