    Controls operation of single or multiple production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines for the process of manufacturing products.


    • Must be able to work, operate and perform part change over with limited supervision.
    • Must be able to operate/learn Hone and CNC Mill and Lathe machines and deburr parts.
    • Assist with setups (part change over) and diversified operations per work instructions.
    • Measures work piece for conformance to specifications both Blue Print and Work Order.
    • Perform the following: Remove and replace chip barrels, fill machines with coolant and train on operating/set up machines within the area assigned to.
    • Fill out Cell Board.
    • Notify Lead/Supervisor of discrepancies and assist in RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) activities.


    • High school diploma or 1-year equivalent work experience; we will train the right candidate.
    • Ability to learn to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, Blue Prints and procedure manuals.
    • Ability to do designated job duties after training.
    • Must be able to write legible notes for between shift tie ins.
    • Ability to apply concepts of basic math.
