    This Analyst position at the Spokane, Washington location is a data and metric coordinator for site management. Daily job tasks are generally repeatable and involve using spreadsheets, databases and ERP systems to develop reports, metrics, charts and other data-mining projects used by various departments and functional groups.  This position also interfaces with internal customers such as project managers, planners and project teams.  Other daily responsibilities include scheduling and preparing status reports, assessing project issues and reporting on progress to resolutions.  


    This position does not have decision making management or supervisory authority and will be required to participate in team meetings by providing various performance and data analytics reports to management and customers.





    • Develops resource forecasting and analysis tools.
    • Prepares production cycle time reports, charts and metrics upon review of daily and future headcount requirements.
    • Supports the development of management control systems to aid in financial planning, scheduling, and cost analysis.
    • Provides resource performance data to operations, program management, finance, line management and upper management.
    • Provides resource forecast visibility data to management.
    • Assist with reviewing budgets to analyze performance to plan trends.
    • Interacts with management to ensure budget adjustments are made in accordance with program changes.



    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Excellent communication and computing skills desired.
    • Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
    • Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point applications.  Access user a plus.


    • AA degree or1 to 3 years professional level experience in Operations, Program Management.
    • Experience with ERP systems or other business operating application preferred.


    • Must be able to work proficiently in Microsoft Office Production: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access, Outlook.
    • Knowledge or basic understanding of lean manufacturing tools and processes preferred.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly.
    • Should be able to handle multiple tasks or activity effectively and efficiently
    • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
    • Must be able to adapt to urgent/short flow requests efficiently.
