Responsible for being the primary liaison between the customer and the company, ensuring a timely response to to all customer inquiries. Prepares quotations and monitors all items through the shop to ensure turnaround times and customer requirements are met; determines best method to resolve complex customer service issues.
The successful candidate will typically have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience. Aerospace experience preferred.
