    Responsibilities

    The Senior Application Analyst serves as the technical point of contact primarily for the Quality organization of Triumph Group and other assigned functional areas. This role is a subject matter expert who has primary responsibility for data integrity, testing of systems changes and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.   The Sr Application Analyst serves as liaison to the software vendor(s) and is responsible to manage the delivery of systems projects and overall ownership of the QMS solution.

     

    The role will own and conduct requirements sessions with business application owners/SMEs/software vendors, document and provide UAT/QA testing of vendor developed solutions and follow all SDLC and change management protocols for software development including signed approvals for implementations.

     

    The role will make recommendations on best practices, define report governance,  define, develop and test complex reports as requested using software delivered reporting tools.

     

    It will also have overall responsibility for supporting the application on Triumph servers, including appropriate patching, trouble shooting, upgrades, etc. as needed.

     

    The role will consult and advise leadership on strategy, solutions, ‘best design’ across the QMS roadmap. Successful candidates will be resourceful, confident under pressure, with demonstrated skills in crisis management, expectation management and change management. Candidates will be required to lead the technical analysis, document recommendations, architecture, development and implementation of the overall technical solution.

    Qualifications

    • BS in Business or Computer Science
    • Minimum of 7-9 years’ experience with , or information technology, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Five years Quality functional experience within a manufacturing environment a plus
    • Experience with Qpulse a plus
    • Must have strong organizational, presentation, communication, analytical and project management skills
    • Requires excellent communication, analytical, facilitation and negotiation skills, data process modeling, knowledge of competition, industry happenings and knowledge of how the company is positioning itself is a plus.
