As an HRIS Director, you'll be reporting to the SVP HR and working cross functionally with talent acquisition, Information technology, and other human resource professionals at other locations. This individual will be the bridge between IT, the HRIS system, and human resources. You will act as the system subject matter expert to help drive system performance, report creation, process improvements, efficiencies, data analytics, utilization, etc.
