    As an HRIS Director, you'll be reporting to the SVP HR  and working cross functionally with talent acquisition, Information technology, and other human resource professionals at other locations. This individual will be the bridge between IT, the HRIS system, and human resources. You will act as the system subject matter expert to help drive system performance, report creation, process improvements, efficiencies, data analytics, utilization, etc.


    • Ensure HR data practices and initiatives are in place and cost efficient
    • Lead HRIS implementations, testing, review, upgrades, patches, enhancements, etc.
    • Provide support for the system such as investigating issues, problem solving, system performance review, etc.
    • Act as a project manager for process improvements
    • Work with employees to help create, write, and maintain reports. This would include running queries and analyzing data
    • Develop training materials (documentation, guidelines, procedures, etc.) as well as lead training programs
    • Creation of Standardized Reporting; creation of reporting data warehouse
    • Research market trends regarding human resources, HRIS systems, and key technologies
    • Special projects as needed


    • Bachelor's degree required. Major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
    • 7-10 years minimum working experience in the HRIS discipline. 
    • Must have previous project management leadership experience.
    • Previous experience leading transformation is preferred. 
    • Must be results focused and highly energetic to drive the defined team and organizational goals.
    • Must have demonstrably strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
    • Natural willingness to step up and take on projects/tasks necessary to support the business and without concern to where the responsibility "should" be.
