    • Compiles data & records concerned with quantity, cost and type of material received in stock or issued
    • Requisitions needed supplies; verifies material received to determine irregularities in order 
    • Prepares inventory records and reports and investigates discrepancies in stock counts 
    • Prepares data for computer input and works with computer printouts
    • Uses computer and material/production tracking software (i.e. CINCOM) 
    • Maintains organized stockroom with proper labeling of and accurate documentation for all parts
    • Physically issues parts quickly, accurately and with proper paperwork
    • Completes all necessary inventory transactions in timely fashion


    • High school diploma required, 1-3 years of experience preferred
    • Skilled in MS Excel & Word
    • Proficiency in CINCOM or other ERP systems desired but if not, training will be provided
    • Must be flexible to changing tasks and workload. Must be willing to work overtime when required to support Assembly requirements and goals
    • Must be a team player, show initiative and display a willingness to learn
    • Strong communication skills required
