    Triumph Mechanical Solutions located in Windsor, CT seeks a Senior Assembly and Test associate to produce end unit products, by assembling and testing parts and subassemblies. The successful individual will have experience with mechanical and/or hydraulic assembly work.



    • Builds and assembles components utilizing assembly test procedures, reading blue prints, and following engineering written instructions.
    • Adheres to proper specifications for subassemblies and assemblies by using inspection equipment (OD and ID micrometers, height gages, dial calipers, etc.), and reading blueprints.
    • Tests units in accordance with the Customer’s Acceptance Test Procedures and engineering written instructions.
    • Meets productions deadlines by following correct procedures for product completion.
    • Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
    • Ensures product quality by testing assembled parts utilizing specifications and quality control procedures.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • High School Diploma, or equivalent. Technical or vocational training desired.
    • 5 years in aviation maintenance, military or manufacturing.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude with substantial acquaintance with and understanding of technical aspects of the job.
    • Experience with mechanical and/or hydraulic assembly work.
    • Work requires the ability to understand and follow instructions, the ability to concentrate and the ability to work as part of a team and get along with others.
    • This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills in addition to attention to detail.
