    Triumph Integrated Systems provides a full range of integrated solutions for aircraft manufactures around the globe. We partner with key manufacturers to produce crucial components, systems and subsystems required to help maintain a competitive and technological advantage. We provide design, development and support of internally designed components, subsystems and systems, as well as production of complex assemblies using external designs. 
     
    Based in Park City, UT, Triumph employs approximately 200 personnel. The Company’s key products and services include manufacturing, test and assembly of complete transmission and gearbox assemblies as well as complex gears and housings. Our design engineering group can specify and design any gear application, from simple build-to-print work to collaboratively engineer, highly specialized applications. 
     
    We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager who will act as a business liaison to ensure that the program activities are managed in accordance with the contract requirements and is the company’s primary representative for customer communication.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Oversees execution of production orders, product development programs, and product manufacturing launch efforts.
    • Coordinates program/order execution with, functional area managers, assigned team members, and customers.
    • Develops program plans and ensures identification and resolution of program hurdles and issues in a timely manner.
    • Manages multiple programs/orders to ensure on-time delivery within budget
    • Leads the development of proposals for follow-on work-scope for assigned programs.
    • Participates in the development of program or proposal costs for new programs and customers.
    • Communicates thoroughly with customers, program teams and functional area managers.
    • Key contributor to SIOP
    • Approximately 10% domestic and international travel is required

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Engineering or another technical field preferred. Advanced degree Program Management Professional certification
    • 5-8 years' progressive experience in Program Management in complex manufacturing, aerospace, defense or heavy manufacturing environment, preferably international exposure.
    • Program/project management experience in a production environment.
    • Experience in a production environment including product launch for manufacture and sustained production.
    • Ensures cross-functional involvement with manufacturing, engineering and quality.
    • Keeps management informed of program schedule and customer delivery
    • Provides a coordinated company response to customer requirements and inquiries
    • Coordinates with manufacturing scheduling issues to ensure on-time delivery for customers
    • Responsible for planning and follow up within the lead time constraints
    • Assures that the contract performance is properly delegated to performing organizations and outside suppliers.
    • Ensures programs launch on time to meet key deliverables
    • Manage day-to-day priorities of customer and team
    • Manage open action items between the customer and TGSM
    • Remain flexible to changing requirements and work load
    • Strong leadership skills are required
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
    • Microsoft Project
    • Detailed and well organized
