The Human Resource Business Partner is responsible for developing the necessary human resources strategy to meet the business objectives of the company. Included will be recruiting, organizational development, employee relations, salary administration, performance management, rewards and remuneration, succession planning, training and development, AAP and EEO related programs, benefits planning and administration, employee relations, safety , and workers compensation.
Minimum college degree, eight (8) to ten (10) years as an HR Generalist to include: Employee Relations and Benefit administration. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, development skills, as well as managerial and organization skills. A strategic focus, leadership skills and integrity are key characteristics for this position.
