Provide operation support to the activities and resources required of computer operations and applications systems. Setup and implement software to support scheduling, reports, report generation, and data backups. Troubleshoots and resolves problems associated with these environments.
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, computer information systems/computer science related field; a 2-year technical degree in a computer science curriculum; or equivalent experience.
Minimum Years of Experience Required:
Up to two years experience in end user support.
