    • Perform first article, final, and in-process inspections.
    • Train production operators to perform first piece inspections.
    • Recall gages for periodic checks to verify continued precision and accuracy.
    • Conduct continuous improvement activities.
    • Perform product, process, and system audits.
    • Perform daily maintenance and minor machine repair.
    • Work in conjunction with customer surveys and teams, as well as, with vendors, sub-contractors and suppliers in audits and selling situations, projecting a positive company image.
    • Train other employees as required.
    • Perform all other functions as may be assigned.
    • PCDMIS CMM experience
    • STRONG in GD&T
    • GE Aviation experience (DSQR a plus)       


    • This position requires the ability to read and interpret documents such as engineering drawings, tool design, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
    • Ability to read and write correspondence as may be required.
    • Ability to effectively speak and present information in a one-on-one or in a group setting, or to other employees.
    • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
    • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
    • High School Diploma
    • At least 2 years previous experience
