    Coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and management. Manage schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and report on progress to resolutions.  Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

     

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Develop resource forecasting and analysis tools.
    • Develop management control systems to aid in financial planning, scheduling, and cost analysis.
    • Provide resource performance data and visibility to operations, program management, finance, line management and upper management.
    • Provide resource forecast visibility and recommendations to management.
    • Review operating budgets to analyze performance to plan trends.
    • Consult with managers to ensure budget adjustments are made in accordance with program changes.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Excellent communication and computing skills desired. Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.  Must be proficient in Excel, Access, Word and Power Point applications.

    Experience:

    • 1-3 years with AA and professional level experience in Operations, Program Management.
    • Experience with ERP systems or other business operating application preferred.

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    • Must be able to work proficiently in Microsoft Office Production: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access, Outlook.
    • Knowledge or basic understanding of lean manufacturing tools and processes preferred.
    • Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly.
    • Should be able to handle multiple tasks or activity effectively and efficiently
    • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
    • Must be able to adapt to urgent/short flow requests efficiently.
