We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner who will be responsible for developing the necessary HR strategy to meet the business objectives of the company. This includes, recruiting, organizational development, employee relations, salary administration, performance management, secession planning, training and development, AAP and EEO related programs, benefits planning and administration, employee relations, safety and workers compensation.
The successful candidate will typically have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and ten years of related experience as a HR Generalist. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, development skills, as well as managerial and organization skills. A strategic focus, leadership skills and integrity are key characteristics for this position.
