    Based in Macomb, MI, Triumph employs approximately 300 personnel. The Company's key products and services include manufacturing, test and assembly of complete transmission and gearbox assemblies as well as complex gears and housing. Our design engineering group can specify and design any gear application, from simple build-to-print to collaboratively engineered, highly specialize applications.


    We are looking for an experienced IT Applications Analyst who will provide product & business support for the company's ERP & MES system. Ensuring the availability and facilitation of productive use of the ERP & MES modules that are being used. 



    • Responsible for collaborating with the business users to ensure and enhance the use of the ERP MES system.
    • Manages and administers ERP & MES systems
    • Troubleshoot software ERP problems or issues to determine the causes and possible solutions
    • Provide timely system support to all departments ensuring efficient and accurate information flow throughout the organization
    • Researches, plans, and oversees systems replacements and upgrades
    • Maintains documentation of the systems
    • Establishes and maintains contact with vendors for support and problem resolution
    • Other duties & special projects as assigned


    • At least 5 years IT experience
    • 4 year degree, preferred
    • Background supporting MRP / ERP & MES (Control and Delmia preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of manufacturing business processes
    • Experience in ERP administration
    • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical and software related problems
    • Strong background In writing business requirements
    • Good customer service internal/external
    • Excellent time management skills are essential
    • Be able to travel up to 25% to a sister site in MI.
