    Responsibilities

    Triumph Group is seeking an Application Support Specialist to complete business cases in support of projects, participate in business process modeling and research efforts. The qualified candidate must have strong SyteLine ERP forms, configuration and replication knowledge for the multi-site environment.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Knowledge of ERP applications, business system processes, and process improvement.
    • Manage installation of application updates, patches, and enhancements.
    • Set up and maintain configurations for a multi-site ERP system.
    • Manage and install application license keys
    • Maintain master data record replication rules within a multi-site ERP system.
    • Monitor applications system health, maintain connected peripherals, and maintain overall applications system performance.
    • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL 2008 R2 through 2016, including SSRS.
    • Capable of following technical installation manuals and installing complex applications.
    • Provide functional support of ERP application forms. Specifically, with SyteLine/CSI ERP.
    • Work with management to identify, set up, and maintain codes and parameters within the ERP system.
    • Understand business issues and workflows. Use these skills to support user and customer requests to improve internal systems through automation. 
    • Manage, monitor and troubleshoot end user and system level problems.
    • Manage user accounts, configure user profiles, and diagnose user permissions issues.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of security policies consistent with the needs of a growing business.
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of system policy and procedure documentation.
    • Project management skills.
    • Ability to manage and setup Development/Pilot/Production ERP databases within an SQL environment.
    • Other various duties as necessary or assigned.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • BS in Business or Computer Science
    • Minimum of 2-5 years specific SyteLine/CSI ERP application experience, business systems processes, and business systems development, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Requires excellent communication, analytical, facilitation and negotiation skills, and data process modeling.
    • Microsoft Office Suite, presentation, diagnostic, and project management skills.
    • Knowledge of competition, industry happenings and how the company is positioning itself is a plus.
