    Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.


    Essential Job Functions:

    • Creates and maintains timelines to support customer / TSKC requirements
    • Program management for new projects / Customers;
    • Is the voice of the customer internally; holds TSKC accountable to the commitments that have been made.
    • Acts as the voice of TSKC externally
    • Develops new opportunities with the assigned customers (inside sales)
    • Confers with all other associates and managers to coordinate operations and activities to meet program requirements
    • Communicates needs at daily morning meeting
    • Communicates daily with customer; communicates, shipments, responds to requests, advises failure to perform to customer’s expectations, and tracks status of new opportunities/proposals
    • Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
    • Ensures accuracy and effectiveness of corrective actions from NCRs
    • Supports continuous improvement activities
    • Follows written procedures
    • Evaluates fiscal and operational performance of work; Customer satisfaction performance –quality, price, delivery; Compiles departmental data for process performance and evaluation, profitability, identify improvements/weaknesses
    • Project management of Customer Service improvements
    • Project management of all work returned from Customer for modification and/or rework
    • Evaluates Purchase Orders to concur with quotes
    • Customer and management focal contact for quotes, prioritizes and expedites quotes, follows up with customers
    • Prepares written monthly report s for Business Development Manager on customer news, new buyers, build rates, etc.
    • Maintains electronic record of customer communication for research purposes, i.e., past dues, engineering issues, possible customer issues, customer surveys, etc., by customer
    • Contract review
    • Other tasks/duties/responsibilities as assigned


    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Business Management or equivalent degree.
    • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Project Management role within an Enterprise environment.
    • Aerospace Industry program management experience a huge plus!
    • PMP Certification a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong familiarity with project management process and software
    • Ability to interact with all levels in a large environment
