    Responsibilities

    This position will be responsible for factory support within established schedules, quality and cost parameters. Must maintain a clean, healthy and safe environment. Resolve difficulties encountered through coordination and interface with other organizations. Requires knowledge of company policies. Must demonstrate ability to implement Lean Manufacturing. Candidate must have potential qualifications for future advancement. Responsible for the daily operation of multiple areas in bonding, batch or assembly as identified by management. These responsibilities include maintaining and keeping a safe work environment, cost schedule and quality performance.

    Qualifications

    The successful candidate will typically have a bachelor’s degree and at least ten years of related experience.  Must have experience maintaining and keeping a safe work environment, cost schedule and quality performance.  Must have good communication skills, both oral and written.  Must have good organization skills.  Must be proficient with Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.  Experience with aircraft assembly, composite part manufacturing, and bonding is a plus.  Experience with LEAN manufacturing techniques is a plus.
