    Responsibilities

    The position will support engineering activities within Triumph - Milledgeville site. This position will use strong business acumen and the technical knowledge for the following disciplines: Design, Material & Process, Stress, Structures, Systems, Manufacturing Engineering, Tool Design, Planning, NC Programming and Configuration, robotics, reliability engineering & Data Management. Lean manufacturing background with emphasis in automation, technology and advanced tooling techniques. Demonstrated understanding and successful execution of proposal process for new business opportunities. Also, must be able to understand and execute the business case for business management and return on investment.  Requires strong technical skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of management and personnel. Accountable to the organizational employees for the following: Performance Management Process (PMPs), Training, Career Development and Human Resource Management. Accountability to senior management for the following: Cost, Schedule, Technical Performance and Safety.

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree plus 10 years directly related engineering/technical responsibility. Preferred Qualifications: Aerospace manufacturing background.
