Triumph Geared Solutions located in Park City, UT seeks an Areospace Painter to paint parts, assemblies and finished product in an FAA Certified Repair Station.
Cleans, masks and prepares parts as required for coating application(s). Coats surfaces of parts, assemblies, and finished products with protective or decorative materials such as paint, enamel, lacquer, or stain using spray gun. Selects and mixes coating material; coats areas inaccessible to hand sprayer using brush or roller. Unmasks parts as required. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of related experience. Post high school coursework or professional certification preferred.
Capable of reading blueprints, specifications, manufacturing orders, and repair/overhaul manuals
Capable of lifting 50 lbs
Must pay great attention to detail and take pride in finished product’s appearance
Must be flexible to changing task loads and willing to work overtime when required to ensure customer delivery requirements are satisfied.
Must be a team player and display willingness to learn & develop paint processes for new product.
Prior experience in a FAA Certified Repair Station a plus
