    • Prepare/package products for shipment
    • Generate Packing Slips
    • Generate shipping labels and all necessary documentation (domestic and international)
    • Scan, log and file shipment Packing Slips
    • Receive production products into system verifying data such as quantity, part number and other necessary documentation as well as other support items such as tooling and supplies
    • Move production products to inspection and distribute support items
    • Enter received product information into database
    • Log and file receiving Packing Slips
    • Load/unload product from carriers
    • Distribute raw material to machine shop
    • Maintain and order necessary shipping/receiving supplies as needed



    • Computer literate (MS Office software
    • Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes preferred
    • Vantage knowledge a plus
    • Two plus years of experience operating a forklift
    • Physical agility to climb a ladder, stretch to various shelving, stoop to lower shelving, lift parts above shoulders
    • Familiarity with tools/machines used in shipping and receiving department
    • Familiar with export rules and regulations
    • Knowledge of handling and shipment of liquids and hazardous mateirals


    Physical Demands:

    • Regularly required to sit, stand, bend and lift up to 50 pounds 


    • All company required training for non-exempt personnel
    • Safety training
    • Vantage training
    • Procedural training as required


    Work Environment:

    • Combination of plant and office environment
    • Occasional exposure to noise, dust, heat, cold or chemicals
