    The Compensation Consultant is expected to provide compensation support and have prior experience  in the following areas:

    • Business Unit Support
    • Market Data and Trends
    • Long Term Incentive Buyout Offers
    • Short term incentive plan design and administration 
    • Severance/Retention Program support
    • Stock Plan Administration
    • Partnership with the Finance Group
    • Compensation Plan Modeling
    • Compensation related communications and training
    • Compensation Policy Deployment 
    • Project Management 
    • Data Analysis
    • Ad Hoc Project/Program Support




    • Bachelor's Degree or related experience
    • 2-5  years experience in compensation, with experience supporting client groups; 5-10 years experience in compensation preferred. 
    • Human Resources, Finance, Project/Program Management experience
    • Ability to analyze and incorporate new concepts and information quickly
    • Able to multi-task
    • Ability to prioritize
    • Ability to find the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities
    • Ability artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
