    Triumph Integrated Systems provides a full range of integrated solutions for aircraft manufactures around the globe. We partner with key manufacturers to produce crucial components, systems and subsystems required to help maintain a competitive and technological advantage. We provide design, development and support of internally designed components, subsystems and systems, as well as production of complex assemblies using external designs. 

     

    Based in Macomb, MI, Triumph employs approximately 200 personnel. The Company's key products and services include manufacturing, test and assembly of complete transmission and gearbox assemblies as well as complex gears and housings. Our design engineering group can specify and design any gear application, from simple build-to-print to collaboratively engineered, highly specialize applications.

     

    We are currently seeking an experienced Program Management Administrator, who will work on a Program Management team, under the direction and guidance of several Program Managers. This individual will coordinate estimates, scope of work, schedules, terms and conditions and prices for various customer requests for proposals with other functions in the Company and the customer.

    Responsibilities

    • May assist in negotiation of proposals as part of the Program Team in a support role.
    • After negotiation and award of contracts, assists the Program Manger to coordinate and administer the work with all internal functions to ensure that budgets are placed, schedules are met, payments received, and contracts are closed.
    • Assist with formulating and enforcing work orders (resource schedule, project statements)
    • Assist with maintaining program master schedules and milestones
    • Closely coordinate with other groups within Triumph and the customer as necessary.
    • Assists the Program Manager to coordinate communications with customers and all involved parties in a timely manner to ensure all contractual, customer and Triumph needs are met.
    • Helps to maintain Action Items, communicating with other Functional team members to obtain closure and provide simple status reports for the Program Manager.
    • Assist with managing/quantifying scope change issues and RFQ Responses
    • Assist with generation of monthly cost, schedule, technical status reports

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or other related field.
    • 2 - 5 years’ experience in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Project Management.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • Proven ability to track and report programs against schedule, budget and phase review objectives. Proficiency with MS-Project program scheduling and planning tools is preferred.
    • Excellent writing, presentation and speaking communication techniques are useful.
    • Strong business acumen coupled with mental aptitude and motivation to learn new functions and expand areas of expertise.
    • Program, project or US Government contract management experience will be very useful.
    • Familiarity with Government regulations including ITAR and Export Control.
    • Must be capable of working in a fast paced and pressure filled environment.
    • Some travel may be required.
