    This role is responsible for the integration of Core Industrial Engineering solutions to optimize Metrics and Data Analytics across the enterprise.  This position will help improve and unify functional policies, procedures and standards, harmonizing them with other functional areas.  The candidate will develop, inspect, mine, transform, and model data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage.



    • Develop Global Operations Enterprise Metrics utilizing knowledge of SQL, SAP, and Qlik Sense
    • Provide input to establish and maintain functional policies, procedures and standards
    • Works cross-functionally with IT Business Intelligence to drive standardized software applications across the enterprise
    • Integrate multiple data sources from multiple sites into one centralized Data Warehouse with standardized Data Dictionary
    • Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing data and creating value added metrics and measures
    • Automate and consolidate multiple reports and flat files to minimize duplicate work across all sites and organizations
    • Collaborate with functional business units to drive business solutions and direction
    • Aid deployed Industrial Engineers in creating a standardized method for updating standards and Targets
    • Conduct statistical analysis on data to ensure accurate predictive forecasting 
    • Provide technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems – solutions are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organization objectives


    • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Computer Science with 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace preferred)
    • Proficiency with SQL to write queries and pull data from multiple data sources
    • Strong understanding on operational Key Performance Indicators and manufacturing processes
    • Project Management, LEAN, and Six Sigma experience, training and/or certification

    • Team oriented with ability to both participate and lead medium-large projects through all phases

    • Deal well with high-pressure situations, shifting priorities, and competing interests

    • Travel to other Triumph Group sites, suppliers and customers as required. (10%)
