    Uses predetermined methods, operations, setups, and prescribed specifications to inspect visually in-process and completed electronic units and subsystems, precision electromechanical assemblies, or mechanical units and subassemblies.


    • Work from prints, tables, specifications, and acceptance criteria or data to layout and inspect a wide of variety of parts, materials, components, sheet metal, composites
    • Ensure the integrity of the Quality Management System is maintained when related to quality assurance processes.
    • Verify product conformance through extensive use of inspection tools and gauges.
    • Verify completion of Quality documents and accurate representation of product flow throughout the system.
    • Assist in the maintenance of the Calibration System and the tools and gauges.
    • Effective communication of results to manufacturing.




    • High school education or equivalent.
    • Relevant experience in quality assurance (3-5 years preferred).

    Additional is a plus:

    • Experience with Measure Max, PC DIMIS, or other CMM programming software.
    • Operation of the CMM for verification of product to customer requirements.
    • Capable of learning how to edit and maintain CMM programs, light programming.
    • Experience with Model based software such as, Enovia.
