    This is a remote position selling technical products, services, installations, and configurations to assigned customer for specific technical product and/or application of product.


    Provides direct sales support for the Product Support operating companies for regional and commercial airlines by acting as the contact focal point, and develops and communicates overall Triumph strategy with respective customers.


    Essential Functions and Responsibilities

    • Develop multi- level relationships within customer organization across all disciplines and facilitate introductions of company executives and company technical representatives.
    • Identify new product/market/business opportunities for all Product Support operating companies.
    • Provide Market/Customer intelligence to the company Presidents and technical representatives.
    • Work with company technical teams to develop strategic selling initiatives.
    • Provide support for payment, engineering and customer support issues.
    • Manage and coordinate all outside sales activity including travel to assigned customers.
    • Provide input for the development of the annual sales budget by customer.
    • Manage the distribution, communication and response for multi-company proposals.
    • Provide pre-trip reports to marketing coordinator at least (5) days prior to trip, unless visit called by customer in less than (5) days.
    • Provide post-trip reports for all customer visits to marketing coordinator within (3) days of visit.  Communicate specific urgent requests/issues direct with companies.
    • Provide periodic sales performance by customer to include recovery plans by customer.
    • Provide customer and competitor intelligence on an as acquired basis.
    • Manage and maintain updated travel and customer/competitor information in sales web portal.
    • Develop and maintain customer database.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key customer executives, management and decision makers on behalf of the Group.
    • Negotiate contracts and long term agreements with customers.
    • This is a remote position and travel is required.



    • Sales experience in the aviation/aerospace industry required.
    • 5-8 Years with BS
    • 3-6 Years with MS
    • Aftermarket experience is preferred.
