    Our shop in Redmond is seeking an experienced assembler to perform a variety of assembly operations on assemblies or subassemblies and/or build parts for such assemblies, according to work instructions.


    • May make setups and adjustments, holding tolerances to blueprint and work instruction specifications.
    • May perform a wide variety of complex tests, checkouts, troubleshooting and rework on components, instruments and assemblies; may prepare reports and suggest improvements and modifications from data collected.
    • May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
    • Will also assist with inventory and cycle count.
    • Using blue-prints, ATI and routers conduct the assembly of mechanical sub-components resulting in an electric motor or electro-mechanical final assembly.
    • Must be able to conduct simple electrical testing of the final assembly consisting of resistance, inductance, Hi-pot and Insulation Resistance.
    • Bond magnets onto rotor assemblies, install bearings onto shaft/rotor assemblies.
    • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, organized, and responsible – team player is a must.


    High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of related experience. Post high school coursework or professional certification preferred. Electrical assembly experience is desired. Mechanical knowledge is preferred.
