Performs a variety of assembly operations on assemblies or subassemblies and/or build parts for such assemblies, according to work instructions.


    Associate aircraft assembler/structural mechanic positions will work at the Triumph Aerospace Structures in Red Oak. Associate aircraft assemblers make and assemble structures such as wings, fuselage skins and bulkheads, and structural sub-assemblies such as webs, doors, and stabilizers.

    Perform a variety of duties of a training nature in designated assembly areas. Under instruction of a higher classified assembler or supervisor, perform a variety of Assembler duties to acquire sufficient skill in order to qualify for the Assembler Sr. classification. Perform other duties as assigned. Keep own work area clean and orderly. Refer any problems to higher classification Assembler or Supervisor.


    Four years high school or equivalent.

    Highly prefer mechanical aptitude, hands on mechanical ability and experience with hand tools.
