    Triumph Integrated Systems provides a full range of integrated solutions for aircraft manufactures around the globe. We partner with key manufacturers to produce crucial components, systems and subsystems required to help maintain a competitive and technological advantage. We provide design, development and support of internally designed components, subsystems and systems, as well as production of complex assemblies using external designs. 


    Based in Macomb, MI, Triumph employs approximately 300 personnel. The Company's key products and services include manufacturing, test and assembly of complete transmission and gearbox assemblies as well as complex gears and housing. Our design engineering group can specify and design any gear application, from simple build-to-print to collaboratively engineered, highly specialize applications.


    We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager who will act as a business liaison to ensure that the program activities are managed in accordance with the contract requirements and is the company’s primary representative for customer communication. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring customer specifications are maintained throughout the manufacturing process and coordinates all changes regarding schedule, engineering, planning and cost in reference to the original contact.


    • Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.
    • Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.
    • Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.
    • Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
    • Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test.
    • Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer.
    • Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
    • Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.


    • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Engineering or another technical field. Engineering Degree preferred.
    • 3 - 5 years’ progressive experience in Program Management in complex manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing environment a plus.
    • Ensures cross-functional involvement with manufacturing, engineering and quality.
    • Keeps management informed of program schedule and customer delivery
    • Provides a coordinated company response to customer requirements and inquiries
    • Coordinates with manufacturing scheduling issues to ensure on-time delivery for customers
    • Responsible for planning and follow up within the lead time constraints
    • Assures that the contract performance is properly delegated to performing organizations and outside suppliers.
    • Ensures programs launch on time to meet key deliverables
    • Manage day-to-day priorities of customer and team
    • Manage open action items between the customer and TGSM
    • Remain flexible to changing requirements and work load
    • Strong leadership skills are required
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
