    The Data Application Specialist will manage the Master Data input from various company profiles into one common ERP application. Qualified candidates must understand overall ERP system applications with experience in data loading in to complex application environments.  A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products specifically Excel, Work and Power Point are required. 



    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Knowledge of ERP applications, business system processes and process improvement.
    • Capable of following software process manuals
    • Maintain master data record replication rules within multi-site ERP system.
    • Understand the business issues and workflow. Use this skill to support user/customer requests to improve internal systems through automation.
    • Identify and gather necessary information from management team to ensure proper setup of codes.
    • Manage, monitor and troubleshoot end user and system level problems.
    • Manage master files to evaluate and correct invalid or outdated data.
    • Develop and create system policy and procedural documentation as related to Master Data Management.
    • Design and manage the implementation of security policies consistent with the needs of a growing business.
    • Manage user accounts; configure user profiles and site level license assignment, re-set passwords, trouble shoot user permissions issues.
    • Provide analysis and documentation to support functional applications of SyteLine ERP Application forms and management of applied data.
    • Design, develop and document in the creation of system specific data mining and reporting tools.
    • Other various duties as necessary or assigned.



    • BS in Business or Computer Science or a minimum of 5 - 10 years specific data entry experience, business systems processes, and business systems development, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
