    Based in Redmond, WA, Triumph Fluid, Power and Actuation employs approximately 150 personnel. The Company’s key products and services specialize in motion, control and power systems for commercial and military aircraft and rotorcraft.


    We are looking for a experienced Manufacturing Engineer who will design manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining and material handling.


    • Design manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation processing, machining and material handling.
    • Design arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure most efficient and productive layout.
    • Designs sequence of operations and specific procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance. Adapts machines or equipment design to factory and production conditions.
    • May incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.
    • Inspects performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure products quality.
    • Develops manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control, and may develop those techniques.
    • Provides guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
    • Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.  


    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
    • At least 5 years experience in aerospace product design and development.
    • Works well in a structured aerospace product development environment (AS9100).
    • Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, WORD, MS Power Point, MS Project).
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Designed, tested, and qualified products to aerospace specifications.
    • Familiarity with Airbus/Boeing commercial aircraft requirements.
    • Working knowledge of common aerospace materials and processes.
    • Ability to facilitate and coordinate activity of support teams.
    • Hands-on experience working with complex mechanical systems.
