    Based in Clemmons, NC, Triumph Fluid, Power and Actuation employs approximately 200 personnel. The Company’s key products and services include manufacturing, design and repair of complex hydraulic and hydro-mechanical aircraft components and systems. 
     
    We are looking for a Supplier Quality Coordinator - 1st Article Inspection who will be responsible for coordinating, organizing and reporting product assurance results and ensuring product compliance.

    Responsibilities

    • AS9102 FAI log responsibility including, but not limited to:
      • ECNs and release of new prints.
      • Review of job pulls for awareness of upcoming first articles.
      • Review customer requirements.
      • Upload into MRP and customer driven websites.
      • Review for inspection.
      • Review for supplier
      • Provide customer support during review.
    • Involvemnt in NPI / NPD product development  and process
    • When required, prepare a FAIR worksheet and compile the packet with certs, op sheets, and detail AS9102 FAI for every piece part comprising the upper assy.
    • Support Assembly and Program Management scheduling of parts/assemblies.
    • Inspect completed assemblies that are ready to ship and complete all necessary paperwork processes.
    • Participate in Internal Audits.
    • Contributes to team effort by maintaining a positive outlook.
    • Complies with all company policies and procedures, including safety requirements
    • Other duties as assigned to ensure customer needs are met.

    Qualifications

    • Associates degree in a technical field, or the equivalent work-related experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • At least 2 years of experience working in a Quality systems position (Inspector, document control and / or 1st Article review)
    • Familiar with ERP / MRP system and working within 
    • Read, understand, and effectively write English.
    • Effective verbal and written communications in English.
    • Effective time management.
    • Effective problem solving skills.
    • Microsoft Office literacy.
