    Based in Valencia, CA, Triumph Fluid, Power and Actuation employs approximately 200 personnel. The Company’s key products and services include design, fabrication, assembly and testing of advanced, high quality and hydro-mechanical products.

     

    We are looking for an experienced Facilities manager with at least 6 years experience in a machine shop/manufacturing maintenance management role. The selected individual will be proficient in:

    • CNC machine (lathes and mills) trouble shooting and repair and preventative maintenance.
    • Hydraulic system trouble shooting and repair experience.
    • Facilities management

    The Facilities Manager will supervise employees or outside contractors who construct, maintain, and repair utilities systems, buildings, and equipment via one or more of the following trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air conditioning, heating, painting, and/or general maintenance.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for setting priorities, performs forecasting and allocates the resources needed to complete all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
    • Maintain equipment and facility to support operational needs.
    • Schedule, train, supervise and motivate employees for the Maintenance Department.
    • Coordinate work performed by outside contractors.
    • Coordinate with building management company.
    • Prioritize repairs and maintenance for equipment and facility.
    • Create and maintain Master PM Schedule.
    • Develop maintenance procedures.
    • Create and maintain maintenance records.
    • Track and reduce machine downtime.
    • Utilize maintenance management software (Cworks, SyteLine).
    • Evaluate equipment and facility for safety concerns and risk of failure.
    • Manage department budget.

    Qualifications

    • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
    • Solid understanding of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, HVAC, etc.
    • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, maintenance software).
    • Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) a plus.
