    Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties typically working out of a central warehouse.

    Responsibilities

    1. Maintaining manual and computerized records and files.
    2. Arranging movement of materials to various areas including outside processing functions
    3. Counting, weighing and verifying parts to be shipped and stocked
    4. Report shortages and/or damaged goods
    5. Receiving in Raw Material and Purchased Details
    6. Receiving outside service jobs and moving to next operation.
    7. Team player will have to deal with other departments and communicate effectively.
    8. Must have good organizational and time management skills.
    9. Be a good problem solver

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent with 0-1 years of related experience and/or demonstrates ability to handle S/R functions. Post high school coursework or professional certification preferred.

     

     

    Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

     

    Acceptable driving record and chauffeurs license

     

    1. Computer skills (Excel and Microsoft Word)
    2. Ability to communicate effectively with others.
    3. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    4. Capable of working overtime at a moment’s notice.
    5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and change to customer needs and demand.
