    Based in West Hartford, CT, Triumph Electrons and Controls employs approximately 500 personnel. The Company’s key products and services include specializing in the design, development, certification, manufacture and repair of fuel pumps, fuel metering units, fuel controls and electronic engine control systems for helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft servicing military, commercial, regional and business jet market segments.


    We are looking for an experienced JDE Business Analyst with thorough knowledge of JDEdwards and will be responsible for providing support for the Oracle JDEdwards V9.1 ERP system in our IT department.


    • Work with the JDEdwards user community to answer questions and solve problems in all supply chain, sales, finance and operations.
    • Partner with business process owners to develop solutions to IT business problems that are identified by the functional groups.
    • Participate in Kaizen or other CI lean events to identify appropriate IT solutions to issues that are discussed in the event.
    • Work closely with the Finance Group to support special tasks such as the annual physical inventory, yearly rates roll and any audit requests that require IT support.
    • Work with the JDE developer to define change requests or customizations that are determined to be necessary by the IT Manager and work with the end user to create the appropriate requirements and test documentation.


    • BS degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
    • 3 years of related experience supporting JDE and the user community; support within a manufacturing environment a plus.
      • This includes how to set up AAI and JDE security, JDE tables and the ability to work with the JDE Thick client.
    • Thoroughly knowledgeable of JDE a must.
    • Proven experience utilizing CI tools to create efficiencies.
    • Understanding AR, AP and GL and prior experience assisting the finance group in these areas.
    • Understanding of MRP and how it works.
