Triumph Integrated Systems provides a full range of integrated solutions for aircraft manufactures around the globe. We partner with key manufacturers to produce crucial components, systems and subsystems required to help maintain a competitive and technological advantage. We provide design, development and support of internally designed components, subsystems and systems, as well as production of complex assemblies using external designs.    Based in Windsor, CT, Triumph employs approximately 120 personnel. The Company’s key products and services include design, development, manufacture and support of highly engineered mechanical actuation and components for fixed wing and rotary commercial and military aircraft and military systems. 


As a member of the Supply Chain team, the Procurement Delivery Assurance Coordinator will track and coordinate the status of purchased items. This position will ensure input of accurate and reliable information into the MRP system.


  • Interface and coordinate with supplier or group of suppliers to ensure the input of accurate and reliable commit dates into the Triumph portal and ensure maintenance of portal data.
  • Follow established standard work to document issues related to delivery of material and escalate to supervision when course of action will result in deviation from standard work.
  • Support and assist Buyer/Planner group with quoting jobs and additional tasks as needed.
  • Reviews purchase orders, claims, and contracts for conformance to company policy.
  • Prepare, issue, and enter purchase orders and change notices into the computer system as needed.
  • Maintains the approved supplier list for critical suppliers.
  • Check previous suppliers for available material when current supplier’s schedules do not support production.
  • Works with Supply Chain, Operations and Manufacturing teams to ensure efficient coordination of part movement throughout the Manufacturing process.
  • Reviews orders, verifying all critical information is supplied.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Three to five years related manufacturing and/or procurement experience preferred.
  • Ability to function well in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
  • Able to understand and to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MRP software; preferred Vantage and/ or SyteLine.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as material specifications, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints is highly desirable but not required.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and the ability to communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
  • Computer skills with inventory software; Order processing systems; Excel Spreadsheet software and MS Word Processing software also desirable.
  • Negotiations and or contracts experience desirable.
