    Responsibilities

    NDT Level II Inspectors must be able to: 

    • Set-up and perform daily calibrations of NDT equipment.
    • Interpret and evaluate results of NDT inspections to the applicable specifications.
    • Prepare written instructions, organize, and report inspection results
    • Process parts using non-destructive testing techniques, while following written instructions and receiving instruction from others within the NDT arena.
    • Able to read, understand and follow written instructions of non-destructive techniques
    • Receive guidance and direction from others who are certified in the non-destructive techniques
    • Work within a team environment and be open to learning the methods and applications of non-destructive testing
    • Use LEAN initiatives in daily tasks to streamline process flow and increase efficiency

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years’ experience as an NDT Level II inspector working in the manufacturing environment, preferably in Aerospace
    • 3+ years’ experience as a certified Level II NDT Inspector in Fluorescent Penetrant and Magnetic Particle
    • Good communication skills
