This position is part of the Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) team, within the Supply Chain Quality organization and reports to the Director of Corporate Supplier Quality. The selected candidate will provide managerial leadership to a team of SQA Supplier Quality personnel deployed at supplier sites performing product acceptance and supplier performance management on behalf of all the Triumph Group Companies.
The selected candidate will have experience in Supplier Quality Management in a leadership role. Be accountable for collaborating with executive leadership at our Triumph Group companies and the supplier sites, evaluate and recommend solutions that involve technical and contractual issues, coaching their personnel in their development and performance, and for ensuring the team activities are directly aligned with achieving quality and afford-ability goals. He/She will also be responsible for: hiring, performance assessment, and other activities related to the management of the team regional assignments.
