    • WIll supervise QE team 
    • Responsible for review and approving planning against Customer requirements to ensure compliance
    • Will review and approve Masking Templates.
    • Will investigate quality escape(s) to customer(s), identify RCCA, address stock and WIP to ensure nonconformance is contained and resolved.
    • WIll submit tags through customer portals to request disposition of nonconforming items. Pull data, analyze and graph metric to show QE processes are effective.
    • Work with Suppliers and customers to achieve required AS9102 documentation
    • Will create visuals for incoming work, current and completed



    • Must have an understanding of Requirements of AS9102 and AS9100
    • Possesses the ability to read and interpret models(Catia) Drawings and Parts lists
    • Competent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft office tools
    • Must understand GD&T
    • Understands Testing requirements and certifications required for QA/FAI and product
    • Able to understand and use precision inspection tools
    • Ability to read and comprehend CMM/FARO reports (should be able to interpret all measurement machine reports )
    • Proficient Root Cause Analysis and Corrective action is essential
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Understand and perform processes for non conformance material/parts(MRB)
    • Understand process flow within quality department
    • Lean Certified(bonus)
