Triumph Integrated Systems provides a full range of integrated solutions for aircraft manufactures around the globe. We partner with key manufacturers to produce crucial components, systems and subsystems required to help maintain a competitive and technological advantage. We provide design, development and support of internally designed components, subsystems and systems, as well as production of complex assemblies using external designs. 
Based in Windsor, CT, Triumph employs approximately 120 personnel. The Company’s key products and services include design, development, manufacture and support of highly engineered mechanical actuation and components for fixed wing and rotary commercial and military aircraft and military systems. 
We are looking for a Scheduler who will provide support to the Operations Team by maintaining schedules, material requirements and availability, in addition to administrative responsibilities for the manufacturing of products.


  • Takes a Master schedule and creates a detailed daily plan and communicates tool changes, raw material and gauging needs to production floor to fulfill production schedules. Maintains a detailed 5-day schedule by machine and cell.
  • Monitors material inventories, tracks progress of production, and reviews factors which affect schedules.
  • Utilize the MRP/ERP system to create and manage production schedules and material demand requirements to execute a controlled flow of materials and labor timed to meet production requirements and customer delivery schedules.
  • Tracks activity and delivery commitments through shop and with sub-contractors as necessary to expedite flow of materials to meet production schedules. Communicates schedule requirements internally and with suppliers and customers.
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting material shortages to procurement and the production floor. Request updated delivery dates for shortages through Procurement and Manufacturing when they impact ship dates to our customers.
  • Tracks scheduling metrics and reports on them.
  • Minimize inventory input while maintaining on-time customer delivery.
  • Ensures that production priorities are met.
  • Revises schedules when required due to changes, material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions.
  • Assists in creating and managing the Production schedule for the Machine Centers and Assembly.
  • Interacts with Quality, Materials, Manufacturing, Shipping, and Assembly to ensure deliveries are met.
  • Supports timely introduction of new products and processes through proper scheduling.
  • Review documents, such as production schedules and work orders to determine material requirements or material priorities.
  • Ensures coordination with Manufacturing Manager to make any adjustments to production schedules daily/weekly as needed to meet business and customer needs. Communicates demand information across the facility so that everyone is aware of volume and metrics.
  • Keeps an open line of communication with the Planning group, Leads, Production Managers and Expeditors daily.
  • Works with the Program Manager and Manufacturing Engineers on any Bill of Material or Operation Sheet concerns or questions.
  • Uses outside processing schedule to establish flow into production.
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures, including safety requirements.
  • Fosters positive relationship with internal and external customers.

  • Associates Degree preferred or combination of experience/education
  • 3-5 years’ experience working as a production scheduler in a manufacturing environment, aerospace a plus.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and material flow.
  • Strong working knowledge Excel and MRP experience 
  • This position requires mathematical ability and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work may require bending, sitting, and standing, lifting to 20-25 pounds.
  • Familiarity and comfort with MS office and ERP systems required.
