    Triumph Group Inc. is a leader in the design, development, manufacturer, repair, sales, and

    life cycle support of aircraft control and actuation systems and structures.

    Triumph Integrated Systems Seattle’s function is to design and integrate systems and structures aboard customer airframes utilizing the broad capabilities of the companies within the Triumph Group.

    This position is located in our office in Redmond, WA.



    • Greets and signs in visitors, inform appropriate staff of visitor arrival.
    • Perform HR tasks including: payroll and labor entry.
    • Perform Accounting tasks including: accounts payable and filing.
    • Manages company switchboard, routing calls as appropriate.
    • Process daily outgoing mail and retrieve incoming mail.
    • Assists with company travel program and arrangements.
    • Provides administrative support to site operations teams.
    • Oversees meeting scheduling, catering and set up.
    • Maintains master list of open and closed jobs.


    Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • 1-2 years administrative experience preferred.
    • 1-3 years accounts payable experience preferred.

    Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


    • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Strong writing skills
    • Detail oriented, prompt, organized
    • Demonstrated data entry skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Able to work with minimal supervision, both alone and in teams
    • May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
