  • Verify product conformance through extensive use of inspection tools and gauges.
  • Operation of the DCC-CMM for verification of product to customer requirements.
  • Capable of learning how to edit and maintain DCC-CMM programs, light programming.
  • Verify completion of Quality documents and accurate representation of product flow throughout the system.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the Calibration System and it’s tools and gages.


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • The ability to read, understand and interpret prints as well as customer specifications and requirements.
  • Able to interpret parts list and Assembly instructions.
  • Understanding and skill working with geometry and trigonometry.
  • Proficiency in fundamentals of dimensional metrology.
  • Knowledge of CMM operation and fundamentals of programming.
  • Excellent comprehension of machining process.
  • Through understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerance.
  • Computer literate (training will be provided in the various software programs)
