Triumph Integrated Systems provides a full range of integrated solutions for aircraft manufactures around the globe. Based in Windsor, CT, Triumph employs approximately 120 personnel. The Company’s key products and services include design, development, manufacture and support of highly engineered mechanical actuation and components for fixed wing and rotary commercial and military aircraft and military systems.
We are currently in search for Operations Manager to lead the Facilities of a $55mm plant operations.
Reporting into the General Manager, the Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the site’s Manufacturing organization to drive best in class performance and drive a positive continuous improvement culture to effectively manage the business. This includes defining processes, standards, specifications, and other technical data necessary to meet manufacturing process requirements, FAA and Company quality requirements as well as supporting other functions in the pursuit of excellence. S/he will also oversee, monitor, and document employee training, performance, and compliance with Company policies and procedures. Responsibilities also include regular interactions with site specific high level customers.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the site’s business strategy as well as promoting close collaborative interactions with all departments.
