Responsibilities

Candidate will perform a variety of support tasks and projects in the IT-ERP departments. Provides analysis support, data entry and basic data analysis on projects as assigned.  

 

Enters data into computer system (both SAP and PC based systems) using defined computer programs; compiles data and prepares a variety of reports. Performs basic financial reporting and analysis for various projects as assigned. Provides assistance and data entry for cleanup and archiving of data in the SAP system. Analyze data and provide variance explanations on monthly performance. Support preparation of monthly reports and executive presentations. Assist in the updating of job documentation and policies.

Qualifications

Successful candidate will be a current college student with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Applicants must have completed a minimum of 60 or more semester hours and be able to provide unofficial transcripts to support this requirement. Candidates must have excellent verbal communication, organizational skills and be a self-starter. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Must be able to work a schedule local to Dallas (15-20) hour work week during school). Work schedule is flexible to insure adequate time is available for school schedule and peak education demands.
