The Contracts Administrator performs contract administration functions relating to new production requirements, spare parts orders and change orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.



This position will be responsible for interfacing regularly with customers, internal company departments and various levels of management. Duties include managing the contract files and associated documentation, tracking, analyzing and reporting of delivery schedules, invoicing, contract value and program contractual deliverables, negotiating contract terms and conditions and price, preparing bids, processing and responding to customer requests and advising management of contractual rights and obligations. Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports related to contracts for site and division level personnel. Maintains historical contractual records. Participates in and conducts compliance reviews and resolves accordingly. Elevates any unresolved adverse situations to management.


The successful candidate will typically have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Master's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years related experience 
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask to meet quick deadlines
  • Excellent ability to communicate through written, verbal and presentation methods 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • This position is expected to be a person who is an individual contributor to the team who can work independently to a large degree
