Triumph Integrated Systems provides a full range of integrated solutions for aircraft manufactures around the globe. We partner with key manufacturers to produce crucial components, systems and subsystems required to help maintain a competitive and technological advantage. We provide design, development and support of internally designed components, subsystems and systems, as well as production of complex assemblies using external designs. 


Based in Macomb, MI, Triumph employs approximately 300 personnel. The Company's key products and services include manufacturing, test and assembly of complete transmission and gearbox assemblies as well as complex gears and housing. Our design engineering group can specify and design any gear application, from simple build-to-print to collaboratively engineered, highly specialize applications.


We are looking for an experience Process Engineer to analyzes, researches, designs and develops materials and their related fabrication and application processes to develop and optimize materials for use in engineering design of and/or application in structures, systems and subsystems.


  • Working from customer prints, the Process Engineer evaluates products and prepares operational plans to be used by manufacturing.
  • Eligible candidates must have a gear or similar precision part manufacturing background.
  • A working knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stackups is necessary.
  • This position requires CAD experience.
  • Autocad and Inventor a plus.
  • The ability to work at a senior or checker skill level is desirable as is working with minimal supervision.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 5 years experience, will consider a new college grad. 
  • Gear or similar precision part manufacturing background preferred.
  • Working knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stackups is necessary.
  • CAD experience.
  • Autocad and Inventor a plus.
  • Aerospace marketplace knowledge preferred.
