Plans, prepares, issues and controls production schedules and coordinates with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, scheduling and coordinating the flow of work and materials within or between departments.
  • Responsible for monitoring and ensuring a continuous flow of customer returns throughout the entire process from receipt to shipment.
  • Reviews and reports out on items related to customer turn-around-times, component status, material shortages, outside processing and inventory.
  • Provides input to management regarding scheduling concerns or conflicts.
  • Able to work well with all departments within the organization.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to read and write English.
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel and Office; able to create and maintain reports.
  • Knowledgeable in MRP systems.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
