Configuration and Data Management Analyst maintains configuration for design authority and build-to-print programs throughout the product life cycle. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include Configuration Management Support in four CM disciplines: Configuration Identification, Change Control, Status Accounting, and Audits. 

    • Manage the release of the “As-Design” configuration in PLM systems
    • Maintain traceability of configuration through:
      • Change Number
      • Effectivity
      • Document ID
      • EBOM/MBOM
    • Coordinate configuration status reviews with customer
    • Archive and secure all type design data
    • Advise on best practices for documenting changes on new and existing products

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or related field experience (minimum 6 years) in lieu of 4 year degree, is required.
  • 6 years of experience in Configuration/Change Management
  • PLM system experience
  • ERP system experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of multilevel configuration hierarchy
  • Demonstrated understanding of product release cycle as it relates to the creation and change management of parts and BOM structures.
  • Familiarity with AS9100 requirements
  • CMII certification a plus
