The Tool Crib Attendant is responsible for stocking, maintaining and kitting tooling for the manufacturing areas, insuring the tooling is where it’s needed when it’s needed by utilizing effectively the TGS information technology tools which include internal knowledge sharing and general administrative expectations.

The Tool Crib Attendant is expected to ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and safety requirements.

The Tool Crib Attendant is expected to help develop processes that incorporate customer requirements into the planning and processes to ensure desired outcomes and quality deliverables. This position will be required to learn the Gage Crib competencies as well so that duties may be overseen if necessary


  • High school diploma or equivalent with 0-1 years of related experience. Post high school coursework or professional certification preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally
  • Ability to read and interpret blue prints and specifications
  • Computer skills
  • Knowledge of aerospace industry helpful
